Meet Chris Cox and Andre Brown.
Two nerds who waste time, money and energy on things they genuinely love in order to share them with the world in a fun and, sometimes over-informative way.
This blog will feature detailed photos and information on each of the episodes of Nerdgasm as well as special videos exclusively for fans of the show!
Thanks for visiting,

Dug through the archive and, since MegaCon 2013 in Orlando is happening again next weekend, we thought we’d share our first video coverage of the convention.
Grab something to drink (it’ll help make this episode MUCH more enjoyable) and subject your peepers to what happened during MegaCon 2011!
Since MegaCon 2013 in Orlando is happening next week, we thought we’d share THIS moment from the mostly unseen stuff that went on at MegaCon 2012!
If YOU are at MegaCon this year please feel free to stop the guys and introduce yourself! It helps them learn how to interact socially.
The rest of the staff would appreciate the help.
Thanks!

Had THIS alphabet been around when Andre and Chris were younger? They probably wouldn’t still be on a couch talking about their toys in an undisclosed location.
$65 will snag you two of the VERY cool-looking new Dark Knight figures from Play Arts Kai. We thought you’d all like a detailed look via Awesome-Robo!
I got a Christmas card from LUCASFILM!!! WOOHOO!!!
Nerdgasm Note: Awesomely geektastic moment from the nicer-than-a-friendly-puppy, JediMike gets a Christmas card…from flippin’ LUCASFILM! We’re totally jealous, but think it’s well-deserved! Congratulations, Mike!
The staff at Nerdgasm! (especially Chris) considers itself pretty scholarly when it comes to things Star Trek-related. Here’s an AMAZING piece of artwork from Dusty Abell’s DeviantArt site that should not leave you slack-jawed when you see it but will probably start some fun conversations about the original show. Enjoy!
GHOSTBUSTERS 3 TO BEGIN FILMING NEXT SUMMER!
We posted this article on our Facebook page and have been getting a lot of people telling us that they’re NOT going to do it.
Here’s the deal, kids. Sony is DROOLING like a demon dog from the first film as they wait for things to fall in place for the third installment of the Ghostbusters franchise. There are just too many giant piles of cash waiting to be trucked over to Sony’s coffers to NOT do another GB film. The only risk, and Sony’s well aware of it, is that if the movie completely blows, those giant piles of cash will disappear like a full-body apparition. Not only will people dump it in the sewer (yeah…there’s more references on the way so please feel free to keep shaking your heads and continue the face-palming) but it might also spoil Sony’s plans for more installments that include a new generation of GBs and their fans as well as the whispers we’ve heard of a possible television series!
Sony has made it very clear that Ivan Reitman will have no time to do anything other than dedicate all of his tie to the Ghostbusters situation.
Whatever happens, it appears that news will continue to burble up until the spring/summer of next year when plans start to solidify and move the project forward.
Here’s our predictions about the new film.
It’s been called a reboot so we’re guessing that we’ll see early Ghostbusters stories or we’re going to see that the Ghostbusters themselves have franchised their ghost-busting business and we’ll be seeing a movie about one of those franchises with cameos by some of the original cast.
In the meantime you can enjoy one of the early episodes of Nerdgasm! that features a look at some VERY cool-looking Ghostbuster figures as well as a game where you can try to find all of the ghosts hidden in the episode!
Mr. Hand left a note on the desk for Chris and Andre to take a look at and we thought our fans would enjoy taking a look at these behind-the-scenes pictures of Thor in action as well (via BleedingCool): http://www.bleedingcool.com/2012/09/11/thor-turns-up-and-gets-stuck-right-in-more-battle-pictures/
